We do not provide pro-rated refunds if the user cancels their account but they may continue to use their account until the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree that we do not need to provide any further notice of the next payment date other than that which is sent out automatically by PayPal or Stripe when a payment is made.

Only one refund per person is allowed. After the first 30-days payments are non-refundable. Refund is by specific request only, if you would like a refund please us with your refund request and the reason you are requesting the refund. Cancelling your account will not automatically generate a refund, we must receive an email from you specifically requesting a refund.

Accounts cannot be shared and are non-transferable. Only one person may log into an account. Only one person per account is allowed.
